Currently, we are looking for talented candidates for following positions.
Position # 1: System Engineer
- Be the remedy to our customers suffer by the technical problem in our hosting products and services consist of the domain, website, control panel, database, email and dedicated server. You will provide technical assistance to them through helpdesk and phone calls.
- Monitor server status to ensure they are working on optimum performance.
- Perform weekly and monthly server maintenance.
Position # 2: Technical Support Specialist
- Be the first line telephone support for customers.
- Guide the customer by using the necessary tools and software to assist the customer to resolve the issue.
- Be the messenger to escalate the customer issues to system engineers and higher management level in case needed.
Position # 3: Creative Writer
- Be the writer to communicate with our customers and public through your writing.
- Update company blog.
- Prepare content for company website and product pages.
- Prepare content for the newsletter.
- Produce articles to be published in IT magazines and forums.
- Write the press release for company products and services.
- Write company’s official letters.
Position # 4: Account Assistant
- Assist the Finance Department and Credit Control Division in daily operations.
- Assist in the compilation of financial reports, generating of outstanding billings, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in liaising and coordinating with internal departments, and other external parties.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
