Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by Exabytes
  • To provide guidance to clients for products & services offered by Exabytes
  • To troubleshoot errors related to clients’ webs configurations
  • To troubleshoot errors related to clients’ hosting control panel
  • To troubleshoot errors related to email services
  • To troubleshoot errors related to database servers (MySQL, MSSQL)
  • To troubleshoot errors related to clients’ domain name
  • To troubleshoot errors related to clients’ dedicated server
  • To monitor servers’ performances
  • To ensure servers are working on optimum performance
  • To reply to clients via Helpdesk
  • To answer and reply to phone calls on Technical related issues
  • To perform weekly & monthly server maintenance

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Linux, Windows Server, Networking.
  • Preferably skill(s): SQL, DNS, Programming.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
  • Applicants must be willing to work on shift.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
